CTI Micro and Nano Technologies Event 2008
November 11th, 2008, Aula des Jeunes-Rives, Neuchâtel
Micro- and Nanotechnologies are two growing fields of the Swiss industry with certain overlapping areas. It is, therefore, quite natural to join the communities for an exchange of latest achievements and allow researchers to take a look on the other side of the two joint fields.
The cooperation of scientists of research organisations with development departments of innovative Swiss companies leads to fruitful projects and exciting results which will finally enable a commercial success. This combination is actively fostered by the CTI through financial support of research partners in collaborative projects with industry.
This year, CTI will have an open forum for a project portfolio of microtechnologies and adjacent fields microsystems, nanotechnologies and optical systems with a twofold aim: firstly, to follow up on the technological innovations and commercial success stories and, secondly to provide a exchange-platform for industry and research.
This event is primarily addressing representatives from industry and universities. Recent projects supported by CTI will be presented. These examples are meant to generate ideas for new projects, products, partnerships, and cooperations.
